Geoffrey Chang, is a graduate and holds a degree in Law from the University of London. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing consultancy services to public and private companies, financial intermediaries, management teams and high net worth individuals for both local and international clientele.

He is a Licensed Company Secretary since 1997 and a Licensed Trust Officer in Labuan since 2000.
